Questions
What does "made to order" actually mean?
Your piece doesn't exist until you order it. It's cut, embroidered, and printed for you, which takes 5–8 business days before shipping. No warehouse, no leftover stock, no sold-out sizes because someone guessed wrong.
How do the sizes run?
True to size. Every product page has a size guide with real measurements. Between sizes: up for layering, down for a closer cut. The hoodie and crew are heavyweight — they hold their shape instead of draping.
Is the embroidery going to survive actual use?
Yes. Embroidery is thread, not ink — it doesn't crack, peel, or fade like a print. It's why the falcon is stitched, not printed. The back lockup is a high-density transfer rated for years of washing if you follow the care instructions.
Can I wear this on the water?
The fleece pieces are for before and after — camp, shuttle, town. They're cotton-heavy: warm, tough, not a technical drysuit layer. Wear them hard everywhere except mid-rapid.
How do I wash it?
Cold, inside out, hang dry. Skip bleach and don't iron the print. That's it. Treat the fabric right and the embroidery will outlast the garment.
When will my order ship?
5–8 business days to make it, 3–5 to ship it in the US. Tracking lands in your inbox the moment it leaves the floor.
What's your return policy?
Wrong size or defect — email within 30 days and we swap or refund. Because every piece is made for your order, we can't take change-of-mind returns on correct orders. Full details on the shipping & returns page.
A seam failed. Now what?
Send a photo within a year of delivery. If it failed under normal abuse — and crashing your bike counts as normal — we'll sort it.
Do you restock sold-out drops?
No. Drops are small and they don't repeat. The email list gets the date before anyone else — that's the whole trick.
Why a falcon?
The peregrine is the fastest animal alive — not because it flaps harder, because it commits. It picks a point and closes. If that sounds like how you ride, paddle, or live, the mark is yours.
